Michael Wharmby B.Comm. Born and raised in the Edmonton area, Michael graduated from the University of Alberta in 2001 with a Business Degree majoring in Finance. His mathematical and business strengths combined with previous work experiences including Ford Credit – working in commercial lending, collections, and auditing – and several years as a mortgage associate with two large mortgage firms, have well-equipped him to embark on his own as an independent mortgage broker.   Michael participates in several groups including Business Networking International (BNI), the Sherwood Park & Area Chamber of Commerce, along with the condominium board for the Tailor Made Professional Building. In Mike’s free time he enjoys hockey, photography, fishing, and being the captain of a local Ultimate frisbee team.   Michael has arranged financing for hundreds of clients in the Edmonton area, and is committed to creating a personal customer service experience and negotiating the very best mortgage financing to meet his clients’ needs. 		Kris Crawford Kris recognizes that not everyone’s needs can be met by offering one or two different options. He continues to dedicate much of his time to mortgage lender and product research. He looks forward to helping you plan for your future by implementing mortgage strategies that encompass all of your financial goals.   Originally from the sunny Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Kris Crawford relocated to our province and began working as a manager and district team leader with a large cellular retailer in Canada. The training and experience that Kris has from working in retail sales has driven home the importance of customer service.   In early 2006 Kris completed his licensing as a Mortgage Associate. In 2008 we were fortunate enough to add him to our team.
